Installer help
Why you are seeing this page: our installer is signed in the name of NAXIA SMART SOLUTIONS S.L., but because it is a recent app your system may show a warning the first time you open it. Below we explain how to carry on in two clicks: the same thing we go through together on the installation video call.
Get the installer
Download the installer for your system. If you would rather do it together with us, further down this page you can book a free 15-minute onboarding session, in English or Spanish.
Not sure which Mac you have? Apple menu → About This Mac. If it says "Chip Apple M1/M2/M3/M4", choose Apple Silicon. If it says "Processor Intel", choose Intel.
Windows: SmartScreen
Windows Defender SmartScreen may show the message "Windows protected your PC" when you run the installer. It is normal for any new app. To carry on:
- In the blue window, click "More info".
- Check that the publisher is NAXIA SMART SOLUTIONS S.L.: that is how you know the file is ours.
- A "Run anyway" button will appear. Click it.
- Follow the installer's steps (its screens are in Spanish) as with any other app.
Requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit).
macOS: Gatekeeper
macOS may show "ablalo can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software". To open it:
- Open the downloaded
.dmgfile and drag ablalo to the Applications folder. - Go to Applications, hold down the Control key and click the ablalo icon.
- Choose Open from the shortcut menu.
- In the dialog that appears, click Open again. You only need to do this the first time.
Works on Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) and Intel. Requires macOS 11 Big Sur or later.
